FT JN 669

For Forest & Peatland fires (Class A)

Over the past decade, an average of 62,693 wildfires was recorded annually impacting an average of 7.5 million acres every year.

In recent years, with the staggering rise in wildland fires all over the world, there has been great destruction of lives, wildlife, livestock, property, and vegetation. In addition, we have had PFAS laden firefighting foams causing bioaccumulation of toxic chemicals ending in our drinking water supply, the environment and ultimately in human bodies leading to adverse health outcomes. In the US alone, a total of 2,337 sites in 49 states has PFAS contamination. Australia’s attempts to dispose of the PFAS problems has proved costly.

FT JN669 is a powerful 100% green firefighting solution specially invented for fighting catastrophic forests, wildland and peatland fires. It has been tested on simulated fires as well as field-tested in large-scale forests and peatlands of Indonesia. This super-efficient solution is created with organic ingredients, does not contain fluorinated surfactants like PFOA/PFAS and exceptionally safe for fire-fighters, the community, and the environment while remaining cost-effective.

FT 669 has a shelf life of 20 years.

Fire Tetrahedron

Based on combustion chain reaction theory, four  components are required to maintain firing:

  • Reducing agent (Fuel)

  • Oxidizing agent (Oxygen)

  • Ignition source

  • Free radical

- If any one of these components is not present, the fire cannot start.

- If any one of these components is taken from a fire it will go out.

The FT JN669 applies advanced aerodynamics technology in firefighting, which essentially puts out the fire by dealing with as many of the elements of the fire tetrahedron, namely:

  1. Takes away the ‘heat’ element of the fire by   rapid  cooling

  2. Displaces or removes the oxygen

  3. Separates the fuel from the oxygen in the air

  4. Converting the fuel to non-combustible   molecules.
